Introduction: Paul has genuine concern for the Galatians as they return to their old ways
Paul refers to himself as their spiritual father in the faith
He has dedicated his life to sharing Christ with others
He Prays for them
He teaches them
He shares his life with them
He provides for the ones who are in need
Paul is invested in their life and with that comes great concern for their well being
Paul voices his frustration for their backslidden state because of his genuine concern and love for the people
The Bible predicts that people will turn away from the truth to follow after lies…
1 Timothy 4:1 “Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons.”
I can understand Paul’s frustration. Its hard to watch people turn from Christ and go back to their old ways
I feel like I am sensitive to the changes that I see you guys go through. I fear that some have come to that fork in the road and have gone the wrong way

Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth? In light of the great love and honor the Galatians had shown towards Paul and in light of the great blessing they received from God when they showed such to him, the Galatians should not think that Paul has now become their adversary when he confronted them with the truth. They needed the truth more than they needed to feel good about where they were at.
2.1 (V15) Where is that joyful grateful spirit you once had?
2.1 (V15) Where is that joyful grateful spirit you once had?
When people turn from Christ you will notice the joy and grateful attitude will disappear
They quench the Spirit of God because He is no longer Lord of their life
A person must surrender to God, not be self-willed to be filled with the Holy Spirit
Fruit of the Spirit:
Galatians 5:22–23 “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!”
